Objective: To investigate the improvement of melatonin in cognitive function and safety of schizophrenia patients with tardive dyskinesia (TD). At the same time, the neuroimaging characteristics of patients with chronic schizophrenia were analyzed. Methods: 76 patients with chronic schizophrenia accompanied by TD were randomly divided into treatment group 39 cases and control group 37 cases.
