Many DRS don't know that Metoclopramide ( Reglan ) causes TD

Unmasking" TD is well described. Amantadine, Vit E, antichoinergics of no use & some may worsen Sxs. If stable on current APD, may want to lower dose to MED. But I've seen the VMAT 2 blockers really do offer a nice alternative to stopping the offending agent. Also, let's not forget to do the AIMs every 3-6 months on all pts taking an APD. Even atypicals.
